I am so glad I have 3 months here. I realized this morning that I tried to do too much yesterday—resulting in a very sore back and dehydration, plus feeling very overwhelmed. Now I am in Covent Garden, sitting outside a coffee shop and just watching the people and looking at the buildings and the gray clouds, and feeling much better. It is a beautiful, blustery, gray fall day. A brown leaf fell into my espresso.
P.S. Betsy, I wore that very outfit today :)
